As a UX Designer and Design Engineer, I bridge the gap between the technical and the aesthetic by finding precision in design, empathy in research, and simplicity in complexity.

I love using structured design processes like Double Diamond or Agile UX, but I firmly believe in adapting the approach to fit the unique needs of each project. Here’s how I typically tackle design challenges:
Research:
To fully understand the problem, user needs, and project goals, I dive deep—asking questions, reviewing documentation, analyzing data, and talking with developers, stakeholders, and leadership. If it’s a new industry, I’ll take the time to research and build a solid foundation of knowledge.
Prototype:
Using insights from research and team expertise, I brainstorm, sketch, and design in Figma to create prototypes that address both user and business goals. These designs are then tested across different use cases and user groups to gather actionable feedback.
Iterate:
Design is an iterative process. Working with collaborators, I refine prototypes through multiple rounds of feedback and testing, getting closer each time to a solution that effectively meets both the design challenge and user needs.
While polished design artifacts and prototypes are essential tools, I see them as stepping stones toward something greater—innovative, user-centered solutions that truly make an impact.
